We love staying at the Colony Inn, we have been staying there at least a couple times a year for the past 11 years, The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have refrigerators and microwaves. The TV in this past stay was really big with a great picture! The Colony has everything you need ...but it's not fancy. If you're expecting Hilton quality, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for a nice place, walking distance to Knott's for a good price ... the Colony is perfect! Even the walk is nice, you pass right by all the Knott's Stores and Bakery on the way to Knott's ... And Starbucks!

We stay at the Colony Inn several times a year. Location is fantastic, right across the street from Knott's Berry Farm. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are everything we need them to be. Clean with nice TV's and they have a refrigerator and microwave. They are not fancy, so if you're expecting Hilton quality, this is not the place for you. We don't spend a lot of time in our rooms when we go to Knott's and The Colony Inn is a nice place to go back to after a long day at the park!

The price and Location, you get what you pay for. Nice Size Deluxe room with separate little room with bed, 3 beds total. Can't go wrong. Some what activity going on outside area, but if you just keep to yourself here you will be fine.

Location was great as we spent the day at Knotts Berry Farm and just drove right over !! There was plenty of parking available. Also we stayed on New Year’s Eve in an upstairs room and the fireworks were amazing from Knotts ☺️

There was a misunderstanding with my payment but it was quickly resolved. The staff in the office was very professional and polite. The spa room deal was a steal for real. I almost felt guilty.😂
